SPNSCC Autumn Picnic
The St. Paul - Nagasaki Sister Cities will have our Autumn Picnic this year on the International Day of Peace, Thursday, Septmember 21st, at the Como West Picnic Shelter at Como Park, from 6:00-8:00PM. Please bring food to share.
When: Thursday, Septmember 21st, 6:00-8:00PM
Where: Como West Picnic Shelter, Como Park
We will be celebrating another successful Obon Festival, with many thanks to all our volunteers at the lantern booth and with the stage show!
The International Day of Peace also offers us an opportunity to reflect on our role as a grassroots organization for building international friendships and connections. What are your hopes for the Sister Cities going forward? How do you want to get more involved and contribute to our mission? Let us know.
Come to our Autumn Picnic and let's enjoy each other's company. We ask that you bring your own meal or something to share in the potluck. We will provide tea, punch, and some snacks. Look for our pink "irashaimase" banners and new cherry blossom flags.
Details about the picnic shelter and a map are below.
Hope to see you there!
